Besides great leadership, management and communication skills, here's a short list of what we're looking:
5 or more years of experience in California Trust Administration and Probate; Solid grasp of Mac-based systems & tech savvy Strong organizational and prioritization abilities Knowledge and familiarity of software including Clio and WealthCounsel, Box, etc.
, a plus Graduated from an ABA approved law school Desired Characteristics:
Must possess high integrity, honesty & strong work ethic Growth minded, future-focused, and coachable Team player and goal oriented Strong skills to lead and manage team Ability to exercise excellent judgement and make difficult decisions Highly effective and result oriented Understands the difference between efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong ability to establish or improve processes & procedures A sense of humor Hybrid work might be a possibility for one or two days a week, but this is still an on-site position.
