The spa front desk agent is directly responsible for scheduling guest services, checking in spa guests, issuing locker keys, up keep of all guest areas throughout the day, maintain beverage stations, retail /reception area and maintaining a high level of customer service standards.
Hourly Rate:
$16.
50/hr
Responsibilities:
Know front desk operations including reservations systems, filing systems, sales systems and guest check-in procedures Must possess the skills required to perform various secretarial duties Greet and welcome all guests coming into the spa Must be patient, a courteous listener and able to show empathy Checks in all guests for Spa appointments Monitor the appointment bookings to insure proper staffing for spa services To be the initial and complete source of information regarding everything that is available and all procedures to ensure a guests comfort.
Handle all the billing for spa services and retail Decisions of a broad nature are made in accordance with general policy and procedures
Qualifications:
Customer Service experience.
Clerical skills, typing, filing experience Computer software skills Must have good organizational skills and the ability to handle multi-tasking Must have good telephone etiquette Must have basic math skills Spa experience desired Retail experience desired #Miramonte.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
