Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of First Impressions & Events.
The Director of First Impressions & Events will be responsible for receptionist work (answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, etc.
) as well as planning and managing events such as dinner seminars, financial educational workshops and client appreciation events hosted by Yack Wealth Management.
Qualifications - Create a positive and welcoming experience for all clients and guests.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as necessary.
- Schedule Meetings and Phone Conferences for Advisors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle the planning and coordination of Client Appreciation Events, Dinner Seminars, and Educational Workshops hosted by Yack Wealth Management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with advertising sales, performance marketing, analytics, social media marketing, Google research, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing, and content marketing is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
