Summary:
The Bartender/server is responsible for mixing and serving drinks to guests.
They will ensure legal age limits for all alcohol consumption.
The Pool Attendant shall strive to provide exceptional service to our pool guests at all times.

Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
Maintains a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction Maintains cleanliness of workspace Provide F&B poolside service as required Takes food and beverages orders, using POS System(s) to ring items in Ensures opening, ongoing and closing side work is complete and signed off by a manager on duty Labeling and dating any fruit, juices, chemicals used on a daily basis Ensures end of shift bank is balanced with appropriate procedures followed in daily drop Obtains credit cards or room information to begin tabs Must ensure bookkeeping and proper payment is received Responsible for daily requisition completion Ensures supplies/product/ingredients are properly stocked before, during and after shift Checks identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase/consumption Offers menu advice and suggestions to guests Maintains a strong knowledge of beverage trends Resolves guest issues promptly and with great care and effectiveness Provides general resort information for guests Offers warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests of Miramonte Resort including use of guest name & good eye contact with each guest Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information Up sells other resort services and amenities to guests Always maintains a professional demeanor and attitude Communicates all pertinent information to the pool team Maintains constant awareness of safety issues, (i.
e.
broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious persons) reporting all safety incidents to MOD or Supervisor Follows through on lost and found procedures.
No articles shall be removed from occupied guest spaces.
Absolute respect for guest property should always be exercised Maintains a professional appearance.
Follows all Miramonte Resort dress code standards Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and colleagues at all time Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience.
Two years' previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting with a working knowledge of Spirits, Wine, Beer and Food service Flexible.
Must be able to work varied shifts, including Weekday Evenings, weekends and holidays.
Friendly.
Must be able to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest exchange Energetic.
Must be able to work within an empowered and fast paced environment that services the bar and servers within the restaurant Knowledge.
County Specific Food Handlers Certification, State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification required A qualified applicant is a people person who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
