Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Dishwashers for the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen equipment and utensils, contributing to the overall success of the event.
Responsibilities:
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
Assist with the receiving and storage of kitchen supplies and equipment as needed.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Schedule:
This is a seasonal position for the BNP Paribas Open, which will take place from March 3-March 17, 2024.
Shifts may begin prior to the event based on availability and will vary to include evenings and weekends.
