Summary:
A Locker Room Attendant will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our members and guests.
You will be responsible for greeting members, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and checking on member satisfaction.
The Attendant will use the freedom to go beyond to turn member/guest interactions into moments of magic.
The Locker Room Attendant will attend to the locker room needs of club members and guests.
Essential Functions:
1.
Provides exceptional tableside service to members and guests in the Men's Locker Room.
2.
Maintains a constant presence in lounge when members and/or guests are present.
3.
Washes restroom floors, counters, showers; wipes mirrors and walls; cleans basins and lavatories.
4.
Restocks supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, after shave lotion, and any other items as required.
5.
Performs personal services such as shine shoes, brush clothes, adjust mirrors, replace golf shoe spikes.
6.
Provides for the safety and security of all members and guests personal property.
7.
Maintains inventory of supplies.
8.
Issues purchase orders as needed.
9.
Issues lockers, keys, and towels to members and guests as needed.
10.
Maintains a list of occupied lockers; provides a billing list to the accounting office.
11.
Takes orders and serves food for members and guests.
12.
Must perform same duties as a bartender.
13.
Cleans and resets tables for service.
14.
Cleans and empties garbage cans and baskets.
15.
Takes and delivers phone messages for members and guests.
16.
Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Knowledge, Skill and Experience 1.
Minimum Education (or substitute experience) Required:
High school education required, two-year college degree preferred with previous locker room management experience.
2.
Minimum Experience Required:
A minimum of two years experience in locker room management services.
3.
Skills Required:
Bartending and table service experience a must.
4.
Licenses or Certificates Required:
CPR/AED certification required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Individual must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
OTHER DUTIES:
Due to the nature of the club industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the club, including weekends during season.
